Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s love of Scotland and of Scottish culture is well documented and renowned.
This was very much appreciated and recognised by the people of Scotland and by the people and organisations in our culture sector, with whom she engaged and who enjoyed her patronage throughout her long life.
For this we are very thankful. On behalf of everyone at Creative Scotland, I send sincere condolences to the Royal Family at this difficult time.
